SRide - SRide not refunding my money from wallet to my bank account

I am a car owner and used the SRide app for carpooling where I took various people along with me who wanted to go to the same route. It's been months that I am trying to bring the money from my SRide wallet to my bank account but it's not being transferred. I need your help to get my money into my account. I tried transferring it to my Paytm wallet or even use to book SRide being a Rider but the app won't let me do that too.
