Spicejet Air Line - SpiceJet Issue

Booking SpiceJet airline for my last trip was the worst decision of my life. It was really a nightmare to reach to my destination with these kinds of services. I have tried to brief my issues below. If you think that these lines/paragraphs are too much then think about the circumstances which actually a passenger has faced.

*. I had round trip booked from Delhi to Darbhanga and return back to Delhi (E-Ticket No: - OFZ*PT). My trip from Delhi was scheduled on Monday (Nov **, ****) at **:** hrs - **:**hrs (SG ****).

I reached the airport and went for the boarding pass. I already had completed my web check-in and paid for the window seat. At the end moment, I came to know that the flight has been downgraded and my selected seat (**A) is no longer available. I requested for a window seat again but i was informed that they no longer have it and I would receive my refund which i haven’t received it yet.

I followed the security check and was waiting for the boarding. I heard a casual conversion of the SpiceJet ground staff to reschedule the flight from **:** hrs - **:**hrs (SG ****). Just like we plan to delay our personal trip. That conversation was too casual. They did these revised timings for their own convenience. Imagine travelling of *** passengers depends on ground staff's mood.

Finally, the boarding started at **:** hrs (That too was too late). After completing all the procedures, the flight actually took off at **:** hrs. Again ** mins late by the scheduled time.



*. Now comes the unacceptable part of this trip. I had return tickets booked on Saturday (Dec, * ****). (E-Ticket No: - BKZGHB) and flight was "SG ****".

The initial timings were from **:** hrs to **:** hrs which later the same day as the travelling day got revised to **:** hrs to **:** hrs. I was okay with the timings until then. The same morning on Saturday, I received another SMS stating that "Due to bad weather at Delhi, flight timings has been revised to next day morning which is on Sunday at **:** hrs to **:** hrs.

- On Saturday night again, I received another SMS stating that "Due to operational reasons (Mind you it’s a same reason given when a ground staff member changed the flight timings in my flight from Delhi for his own convenience), the flight timings again have been revised to **:** hrs to **:** hrs.

Do you even understand the whole things you have done so far? Are you running an airline or a local auto rickshaw or taxi? Revising timings of an airline * times is normal for your airline? We book flight tickets to reach at our destination at earliest but here, train could have dropped me earlier that too after paying hefty flight ticket and seat extra seat charges.
Do you have any idea how this next day revised timings can affect a passenger? I had an important even in Delhi on Saturday which I missed all because of your airline casual behavior.


*. I spoke with one of your CCE on the same Saturday night and asked her to escalate the issue. I am not even sure if she has done anything because I haven't received any written copy of the complaint. Customer service is again a pain in SpiceJet. I am now raising this concern here to reburnish the loss I had because of all these casual things done by you and your people. I want ticket reimbursement and Hotel charges. I want **K reimbursement from the airline as soon as possible.
I am hoping your positive revert else I will have to report this issue to another forums. I have shared all the required details I could.
