Your flight was delayed about * hours while boarding. Then around ** minutes after arrival the gates weren't open. I am going to be late to my office. But just few minutes before the boarding gates closes your staff made a fuss that some of us have extra baggage and asked us to pay extra money. What were they all doing when we were all waiting for * hours at the airport? Why this fuss was created at last minute? They were so rude. They were not ready to listen to us and were just yelling - "Pay or else we are deboarding you. "
And are you guys going to compensate anything for all the delays caused? Are you guys going to pay my salary today? I need an answer. I'll file the case at AirSewa portal and take this issue to social media. Also the aircraft was very poor. Windows were not fitted properly. The desk kept falling and was half broken. I have video proofs for everything and I am going to register a complaint.
