flight date was on ** th of nov which was rescheduled by airline from ** th nov to ** nov .
Later while boarding I have been demanded extra charges of rs **** by counter man .i have paid that time later I realised that it was upgraded to spice max and extra amount burdened over me.hence we request to refund the same
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
