India Post Department - Speed post consignment not delivered

I had booked a speed post on ** Jul ** at Himayathnagar PO (Pin-******). My consignment No is EN*********IN. The tracking on the website is updated only till ** Jul ** and the delivery is not known/updated. I had called up the toll-free enquiry and they said I need to check with the consignee on delivery of speed post. The postal staff at Himayathnagar are equally unresponsive and informed that it's not their job. I had already lodged a complaint vide no ***********. However, it is still showing as pending.
