India Post Department - Postal order not available frequently at post office

I visit TB Sanatorium post office for purchase postal order of **Rs.but almost they have non available.They tell us to go to Fathegunj post office.As online postal order also not available due to server issue.Kindly keep stock for people to travel more post office to find the same
