Ebison filed complaint against India Post Department on Jun 5, 2020
I had a return to amazon, which was send via India post speed post, on **/**/**, tracking id (EL*********IN). They returned the item stating that the address is not correct. The same package without any change in address was send the next day and got delivered via DTDC to amazon, but by the time it was resend again via the return window was expired and amazon rejected my return. Due to that I lost the products money of about **,***rs. I registered a complaint to india post on **/**/** with the complaint id: ***********, which is not even traceable now. I have contacted the head post office where the complaint has been registered.They don't have any thing to say, they behave like the things are so and customer have to suffer the rest..
