Excitel - Speed concerns in internet and ticket not resolved even after 5 days

Hi,
I have raised concerns regarding internet speed * days back and no one approached me till date. When I call customer care they will assure that ticket will be solved within * hours but nothing happening from last * days. Please look into this issue and resolve this ASAP. Also, refund my money for the remaining days. I dont need this pathetic service. After paying, I dont want to beg customer service people daily to look into the issue.
