DISH Tv stopped to provide many channels eventhough they took money for the same.
If searching for the channel which I have already paid ie, manorama news, mathrubhumi news etc ..many times I have complained but response is very very bad..
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
