It is to inform you that I had recharge my VC number - *********** registered in my name Indrajit Das with an amount of rupees ***/- at **:** pm today....but unfortunately my service is not continue till this time....I talked to customer service executive for a lots of time but no result....so finally I request to refund the recharged amount in my account please.....it's really unexpected from such a reputed customer service provider like dish tv.....that they doesn't care for customer service in practical..... upto recieving calls & pushing to sr. is not sufficient....
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
