I have been shifted to new location, where I have installed dish tv network. The error message, "*** low balance account " is displayed. Even after making payments of Rupees *** for * times and making calls to the toll free number. The account was not reactivated after refresh. Why I am charged the monthly charges for deactivating the account. We did not watch TV for past * month.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
