I am facing slow speed internet since *th October **** in my ** mbps plan. Everytime I call service centre, they are just giving my false promise to resolve my issue. They says concern team will contact me but I'm not contacted by them and Issue of slow speed still persists. I call customer care daily and they repeats same sentance that they are escalating my case.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
