I have been calling You broadband customer care since more than ** days regarding adding my power benefits which have not been added to the account since Nov ****. Every call is taken up by a new employee and doesn't have a clue of the existing request history. Each and every one of them tells me that they have prioritized it.
I'm so sick of this company and their absolutely pathetic customer service. My account is always recharged for the year. Now even with follow up almost every alternate day telling them that my plan is about to expire and I don't intend to recharge unless they add in the benefits, they have not even updated me on the ticket. And every time I called to create a request, it is closed after ** hours automatically with no resolution.
This company is the definition of horrible service providers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
