Skill Lync and Liquiloans - Skill Lync and Liquiloans Skill Lync and Liquiloans No Cancellation Policy

I am here because I have a complaint about a skill Lync and liquiloans. I am not getting any resolution for my cancellation issue from Skill Lync.
I enrolled in a course name post graduate program in CAD in month of October **** whose total fees is *, **,***/-. They told me about the course structure and packages that I got after completing the course. They asked me to pre-book the course, and after some calls they convinced me and I paid ****/- .I opted for EMI payment and that option was provided by skill Lync. One day from Liquiloans one person call me for further documentation, so I provided as required. At the time of getting enrolled in course they promises me to give software and study plans which will help in studies. After completing the enrolment, course is started.
Suddenly Due to serious mishappening in family. I was not able to focus on study and I was mentally disturbed and depressed. I tried so many time to study further but I failed to do so.
I requested them to provide the study plan so that accordingly might be I am able to focus on study, but they never provide me that. Even I raised the ticked for that but no one is connected on that. I said to my relationship manager about it, he said he will arrange the meeting but that meeting never happens. Then I stop studying and stop watching videos. They even don’t care whether you’re studying or not until there payment is on time.
In May month I mailed them for cancellation and told them I have financial issue at that time so please cancel the course or postpone the EMI. But they refuses to cancel or postpone the EMI. At that time they told me to borrow money from friend, but pay the fees. I refuses that but they didn't listen. And trying to convince me, they told me to try at least two months we will help you out. Then I continue that, then they just say study and watch * video a day and try to complete one task. But still they didn't provide the study plan.
After two months payment, In July month again mailed them for cancellation then they again try to convince me. (At that Time I already paid *****/- to them) When I totally refuse to pay and demanding for cancellation they started arguing with me and tone is completely changed. Since July month I didn't pay any EMI, the day EMI in bounced they started calling me for the payment and said not to hold payment. They are trying to scare me for CBIL score and saying that they will take legal action against me. Since then every day both skill Lync and liquiloan call me from different number, WhatsApp and Email me to scare me about my future, even they said that they will reach my residence and collect the payment from there. After some time I send the legal notice to Skill Lync but they never received it. Every time I send it came back. I also mailed them legal notice they never replied on that. They makes excuses and blame one another. I explain them my condition but they don’t listen it. They just say you are lying and making excuses not to pay, But then I said them to read the legal notice I mentioned there my condition which is true. After that Skill Lync stop replying or calling on the issue. On other hand liquiloan threatening me through WhatsApp massaging’s and demanding for the money
Skill Lync says they get payment on monthly basis but on the other hand liquiloan is saying full payment is done. They both are trying to make me fool. And wasting timing so that they can implement LPI @*% on the amount which was not mentioned earlier.
All these are really frustrating and depressing, I request you to please help me out to cancel my course and stop all Emi.
