Skill Lync and Liquiloans - Skill Lync and Liquiloans No Cancellation Policy

I'm not getting any resolution from skill lync for my issue. In August **** I enrolled in a course named "Electric vehicle design and development" They called me and told me about the course fee and immediately asked me to pre book and pay **** rupees in advance to start my course. I opted for EMI payment and that option was provided by skill lync. The loan company was Liquiloans and they asked for certain documents and took a loan on my name which costs more than *.* lakhs. *st month EMI I paid that too without watching any videos or even starting the course, and eventually my grandmother and mother both were admitted in hospital because she fell in the toilet. The medical expenses were too high that I spent all my savings and I dont even have a job right now.

I immediately after *st month explained all these issues to the skill lync team and having contact with them for * months now have got no resolution till date. They are not providing me with a solution and constantly saying that there is no cancellation policy once the loan has been disbursed. They are acting insensitively and i'm constantly getting calls from liquiloans to repay the EMI.

Eventually I lost interest in pursuing the online couse and till now I have not viewed any single video or content provided by them and want to cancel my loan and repay the amount payed by me.
