Skill Lync and Liquiloans - Skill Lync No Cancellation Policy

I Am Here Because I Have A Complaint About A Skill Lync. I Am Not Getting Any Resolution For My Cancellation Issue From Skill Lync.
*.* Months Back In September, I Enrolled In A Course Of Skill Lync "Post Graduate Program In Hybrid Electric Vehicle".
They Told Me About The Course Structure And Packages That I Got After Completing The Course But The Course Value Is Very Expensive. They Asked Me To Pre-Book The Course, And After Some Calls They Convinced Me, I Paid ****rs For That And They Said You Can Start Your Course Whenever You Feel Like To Or After A Month, And One Day I Got A Call From Liquiloans For Documents And All, I Provided As Required, After Two Days My Loans Get Disbursed. I Informed Skill Lync About My Loan Disbursement. I Needed Some Time To Think If I Can Afford The Course Or Not Or To Bargain For The Course But They Didn’t Do Anything For Me. So I Decided To Not See Any Videos Related To The Course And Doesn’t Pay Any EMIs But On My Due Date I Started Getting Calls From Skill Lync Finance Team And Liquiloans For EMIs And They Give Warning Of Late Fee Which Is *% Per Day Fine. And Skill Lync Trying To Convince Me To Start The Course. I Requested Them To Cancel My Course From *.* Months But Getting The Same Response That There Is No Cancellation Policy. Due to my family financial condition I Just Want To Cancel The Course But I Am Getting The Same Response And Now Liquiloans Charged Me *% Late Fine Per Day. They Call & Message Me Every Day. I Am A Working Professional So I Get Distracted And This Is Affecting My Work Also When They Call Me.
At The Time Of The Liquiloans Documentation Process, They Said To Me, “Accept Every Term And Condition”, Without Knowing Me Any Terms And Conditions I did'n know they charge *% fine to me.
I Still Have Not Started The Course, I Just Want To Cancel, This Is My Humble Request To Skill Lync, Please Don't Do This, This Is Unacceptable. I Cannot Pay The EMIs, I Don't Want To Start The Course, Please Cancel My Course. I Am Getting Frustrated With Continuous Calls And Messages From Skill Lync And Liquiloans.
