Good Day!
Airtel representative Mr. Akash Thakre from Nagpur applied to my broadband connection on **th Aug **** and I have made an online payment of Rupees **** on the same day but even after * days of application my broadband services are not installed and activated. I received the Airtel landline number *********** and broadband account no. ********** after payment of rupees ****.
I am tired of calling customer centre everyday and this is really a big mental harassment from your end so it compels me to move to consumer forum and after that to a higher platform if my broadband connection is not installed and activated by tomorrow on *nd Sept **** as it is already delayed a lot.
So I will not be responsible for any action from consumer forum or higher platforms as I am informing you in writing and kindly consider this as an electronic means of communication for future reference. My registered mobile number is mentioned below for tracking the application.
