I had got my house painted with water proofing work in August/September, ****. I was given to understand that it had a * year warranty. After only * months there were major quality issues. Paint work cracked & there were seepage issues. Representative of Asian Paints came and examined the problem and got patch work repairs done. But the problem recurred aftet * months again. Now Asian Paints is refusing to carry out the repairs and have now informed me that their contractor never issued warranty card for the job done in my house and hence it is beyond the scope of their obligations.
