Ecom Express Private Limited - Shipment not deliverd

Iam writing this email for the poor service that I received from your ecom express,my AWB # ********** I have been contacting  one of the executive since the day I received message from ecom express that my shipment will be delivered on **Oct but the executive is just giving excuses saying different reasons finally I called him again on **Oct he said due to heavy rainfall he was unable send the delivery and asked me to come and pickup the shipment from the branch office itself even I send my friend to office to pickup the shipment,but the guy who was there saying that shipment is not with them and it was took by one of the excecutives and his mobile is switched off if he don't have a knowledge about where my shipment is then how did he ask me to come and collect the shipment,they are just wasting our time by having such kind of half knowledge executives,it's been *days still iam not getting my shippment deliverd to me on top of the their delivery executives updating wrong status like they came to me to deliver the shippment and went back because I don't have the money
Right from the customer care to Hyderabad state delivary head guy none of them are fit for the job this ecom express is not able to deliver the shippment within the *kilometres radius then how come they claim them selfs as a speed delivers across the nation this is what they called express services totally waste company..
