Ecom Express Private Limited - Shipment not delivered for 1 month

I placed an order on Zoomin on **th Jan ****. It was supposed to be delivered in the first week of Feb ****. The great eCom Express played around for ** days saying delivery issue each time. They did not call me even once. Then they returned the package to Zoomin. Zoomin re-shipped the package on **th Feb and was supposed to be delivered on **th. The same issue repeats. It has got misrouted twice, their call center has no idea where the package is, they have no way of contacting anyone related to delivery and they keep saying wait for * days. My latest AWB number is **********.
