Nikhil TK filed complaint against Airtel on Jun 16, 2020
This is with regard to a nagging issue i have been facing since last * week. I am using Airtel prepaid connection in my mobile phone (Mobile No.**********) and my location is near Kanakalaya Bank, West Hill , Kerala. Since *th of June i am experiencing severe slowness in internet connection. It's taking too long to load the webpages and sometimes i am not able to access the internet at all. As the first step, i reported this issue to the Airtel customer care team on **th June via email id ***@airtel.com ,but unfortunately there was no response even after * days. There was not even a Complaint No./ Reference No. generated in this regard. On **th of June , i again escalated this issue to the Airtel Nodal Officer through email (nodalofficer.ker@in.airtel.com) .I received a reply from the Nodal officer to forward the Complaint No./ Reference No. Hence I replied back stating that i didn't receive any Complaint no. in this regard. Since there was no further response from the Nodal Officer, on **th of June i escalated the issue to Airtel Appelate Tribunal Team via email ( Appellate.Ker@in.airtel.com) . As happened in the case of Nodal Office Team, i received the same reply asking to forward the Complaint No./ Reference No. I again replied back stating that i did't receive any such Complaint No. I presume that all these email replies are auto-generated and my complaint is falling on deaf ears. Its quite disgusting as i am a Airtel user since last ** years and this is not the level of service i am expecting from the brand Airtel.
Request you to look into the issue ASAP as i am still experiencing severe internet slowness. My location is Near Kanakalaya Bank, Westhill, Kozhikode. I am experiencing the internet slownes issue inside the house as well as outside.
