Respect sir/Madam,
My Baleno car: TS**FX**** undergoing service with Maruti Suzuki(Hyderabad) service center since December **th, **** onwards. Till now my car visited more than * times to the workshop. Still, engineers are not able to find the root cause for the brake noise. They keep on doing trial and error methods and keep changing parts. On each visit to the workshop as part of troubleshooting, they drove my car around **+,***+km. Till now they have used * full tank petrol for only test rides. Each visit they kept my car for minimum * days. Recently they have kept my car for more than * days and they have changed parts without finding the root cause. Again I am facing the same problem.

Now my car is becoming worst than before. I do not have trust in Maruti Suzuki. Till now I have waited with patience. Now I do not want any repair related services from Maruti Suzuki. I have wasted a lot of my money and time. Also, I have raised complaints with nexa and Maruti Suzuki. The manager is asking to wait and give more chances. I cannot roam every week or once a month to the workshop. I haven't traveled a long distance due to this. Also, I am getting scared of the braking system, what if it is failed when I am traveling on the highway. Attached are few bills from the workshop as evidence and I have raised a complaint with nexa * times in re-opening the same case. Still no use. I need a full refund of my car or replace the car with another new car.
