Urvashi Singhal filed complaint against Maruti Suzuki on Aug 22, 2025
I am Urvashi Singhal belongs to Kota and has Maruti Swift AMT model with registration no RJ**CH****. On **/**/**** on way to jaipur, my car was giving a problem in the middle of Kota - Jaipur highway. I called the nearest service station in Deoli with the name KP Automotives pvt ltd and deposited the car in the above service station. Next day service station gave information that due to overheating there is a problem in the engine which has to be repaired. I have purchased Maruti Suzuki extended warranty on **/**/**** which is valid for **-**-****.After informing that my car has extended warranty , actual problem starts ,as per service station extended warranty will not be covered as problem occurs due to our negligence. Then they have given another reason that there is some modifications etc. and on **/**/**** they have provided me on whatsapp that my vehicle is tempered so my vehicle is not eligible for warranty. I am a regular customer of Maruti Suzuki and have done everything as asked by the company by purchasing extended warranty, doing regular service in authorized service stations, purchasing ccp on company request etc,even i was considering purchasing Wagon R for my father in law.. Following are paid Service done by maruti in my car:

I am also in the service sector as I work in State Bank of India. I am also serving my customer well and do not deserve such a level of unprofessional attitude by such an esteemed organization. My car has been running for ***** Kms only why such a problem arises in such small running. Also my last paid service was on **/**/**** , why was this problem not addressed by them at the time of service.
I hereby request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me service as provided by you in the past.
