I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the failure to deliver the vehicle as per our agreed-upon terms. The details of the transaction are as follows:

Despite the agreed-upon delivery date, I have yet to receive the vehicle, and the delay is causing considerable inconvenience. I have made attempts to contact dealer Bimal auto agency [phone/email/other communication channels], but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response or an estimated delivery date. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a timely resolution.
