On Monday (**/**/*****) I avail one Airtel Broadband connection with a Security Deposit amount of **** . From that day the Engineer name Abhishekh has installl my Broadband router and all of the Hardware connector in my premises . Since then to Tuesday evening my connection got interrupted . * Technician visited my home Address ( Magnolia City , Barasat , Lotus -* Flat No : *E , *nd Floor Nabapally , Shastri ji Road . Then I try to connect the immediate Technician , Sales Executive, Marketing Manager who is not bother to take this issue on a serious note . I am working in TCS IT and faced multiple issues from WFH due to this . My duties has been hampered . Who will took the responsibilty of this issue . Still no contact . No updation in my Service Request.
