Magicbricks - services never provided for property and took money in advance for package

I logged Ticket #******* by raising a compliant and for this also I never got a solution. Pasting below the whole email thread. Attaching screenshots too for your reference. I wanted to give my house on rent (I’m the owner) and the package was sold to me forcefully in advance. I was saying that I will pay only if I get services but the lady took money by pressuring. However even when she said services are activated, I never got any services or call from supposed relationship manager. I kept chasing them and they simply closed this ticket. Hence I’m raising my voice here as I demand refund of my **** rs , because Magic Bricks does not owe that money. I found tenant myself and I simply can’t let my money be looted this way. please help.

My issue is described below already. A sales lady took payment from me last month of **** rs for the promotion of my property, and later no services were provided to me. I found a tenant myself for the house. And bcoz no services have been provided I’m requesting for refund of my money. Please understand my situation, this is really poor customer service experience. And if this does not get sorted sooner, then I’ll take it up to social media or consumer court. I’ve been sending emails and calling. Never expected such experience from Magic Bricks. That too for a decade old customer.
My contact number is **********. I’m pasting the screenshots of chat discussions and also the payment. After multiple calls I did get relation manager call after * weeks of payment. And by that time I had found tenant already by myself, so services were never used.
Have a little courtesy, and please return my hard earned money of **** rs.

I’m surprised by your lack of ownership where you are leaving the customer stranded when they ask for refund of money. You did not provide me any services and your sales lady took **** rs from me in advance. I’ve shared screenshots too. I never expected to chase for refund. If you really consider yourself a little customer oriented company, then do call me at ********** and get the refund initiated.
