I am writing to register a complaint against Magic bricks for not providing the refund for the service package and failure to deliver the services .I am relying on the consumer complaint forum to provide a fair resolution.
Since my first complaint on **th December **** till the date *nd January ****, they are not providing refund and no proper communication , no response from service support team or customer care. The negligence and poor service has created a mental agony and stress seeing the long ticket number without any solution
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
