I am writing to bring to your attention a frustrating and unresolved issue I’ve faced with Magic bricks team.
While exploring property listings, I contacted their support team and was persuaded to upgrade to a ₹**** plan. Prior to this, I was on a free plan with an incorrectly registered email ID. Despite updating an alternate email address, I noticed that leads were still not being routed to the alternative email id.
I explicitly requested the support agent to rectify my primary email to krishnaburujupati@gmail.com, instead of the incorrect paiunkiller*@rediffmail.com. The agent assured me that this would be resolved from the backend after the payment was made. However, despite repeated follow-ups, the correction has not been done.
I urge you to please look into this matter urgently. This is a basic backend correction that should be well within the scope of their IT team. I was contacted by their grievance team who could not help instead asked me to check with Google ( Gmail) and Jio ( cell provider) as to why the notifications are not being received.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
