Myself Nandish Reddy , I purchased VU TV in flipkart on **/**/**** along with tv I purchased additional * years warranty from jeeves consumer service Pvt Ltd ,in August **** my TV started giving trouble like not getting on , so I requested to Jeeves consumer service Pvt Ltd for to repair my TV , initially they sent a technician for repair , technician told me that TV mother board not working & I will replace u within ** days but till now it is more than ** days my TV not repaired ,& also I continuesly contacting to their customer care but they simply misguiding me so please provide me service or refund the TV amount
