I have paid for commercial money back plan for tenant search for about Rs. **** on **th April ****, they have denied the service after the payment which they mentioned that they can provide the service before the payment. I have been following up with my relationship manager aswini, grievance manager Ahmed and nodal officer shahid, till now I haven't got my money back. They have mentioned refund has initiated for * times, but i haven't got my money, they have asked to share cancelled cheque to credit the amount, but that also not done from their end. No proper response or action. They are stealing people money.
