I'm the owner of maruti alto ***. One month ago suddenly my car is stop on road and i'm unable to start my car and than i called maruti on road assistance they send a towing van and charged for Rs.****. Than they told me that there is a valve issues so they need time to service it. They told me that, this is an engine issues so need to take permission to maruti. I have *lakh km warranty on engine and i'm a purchasers of maruti extended warranty Scheme. So they mailed to the maruti and after one month they told me that i have missed my **k mandatory paid service that's why they unable to provide any kind of warranty so i have to paid all the charge and they send a bill of Rs. ***** including tax. Now my present KM is *****. Just because i missed my Service on **k they refused to take any responsibility. I'm never going to any local service centre just because of warranty violation, the car is new and have valid warranty of *lakh KM and purchaser of extended warranty. Is that the proper service to his valuable customer? Maruti totally harassing me right now in this pandemic conditions all over the world due to COVID **.
