Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Faulty steering

The steering wheel of my Maruti celerio zxi , purchased in September **** and driven **** km , does not re-center itself while driving. At low speeds of ** kmph to high speeds of *** kmph it is completely nonresponsive and does not recenter itself. This reversibility issue is life threatening and dangerous.
I was traveling with my family of * including my ** month old son on board on the highway for the first time on this vehicle and had to face this sudden issue which nearly had killed us. When the vehicle kept heading left or right by itself and does not straighten itself.
Post this incidence when I reported the issue to the service center during the second free service they acknowledged the issue to be persistent with all other celerio model cars and hence they call it a standard and not a problem. But I want to sue the company for manufacturing faulty vehicles and putting customer's lives at risk.
I need the vehicle to me rectified to standard driving conditions or be exchanged. Along with a compensation which I would charge because Maruti has put lives of * members of my family at risk with their faulty engineering standards. More so they have caused me harassment and mental agony by consistently false claims of genuineness.
