I, Ashish Chauhan a permanent resident of District Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh. I had complained about Not getting my problems fixed. I had filed complaint on **th April, ****. It's been now more than ** hours and I didn't have got any revert from maruti suzuki side regarding my complaint. I trusted maruti services but now I'm losing my faith on MSIL.
Is the way Maruti Suzuki treat their customers. If yes then my family and my society needs to know about the worst customer handling of Maruti Suzuki. My car is almost ready at Marwa automobiles Jalandhar. They are calling since yesterday regarding the delivery of my car. But before that Goyal motors is not paying for the bill that is generated in marwa automobiles. Goyal motors is not paying the compensation amount that they promised to pay. Strict actions would be taken for Goyal motors ( Solan Himachal Pradesh) . Goyal motors treated my car as like it is the labour truck. I haven't seen as much worst service of Maruti Suzuki. I want an official call from maruti suzuki within * hours. Otherwise I'm completely fed up of Maruti Suzuki. And tomorrow I want my car to be delivered. If I'll not get my car by tomorrow then I'll burn my car in Marwa automobiles maruti suzuki. And the consequences would be worst and Maruti Suzuki will be responsible for that step.
Kindly revert me ASAP
