Byju Classes - Service not provded as promised

For the Byju educational app we had subscribed in year **** (from Grade * to Grade ** )when my dautgher was studying in Grade *.
Till grade * , we must access tutorials through app (self service only)and from Grade * it was promised an one one mentor will be assigned. Now my kid is going to grade * by apr ****, when we asked them they say I need to pay extra fees. I realised the byju cheated us. I see in you tube and other social media byju cheating innocent people. Now iam also a proof for it. Its true and iam not lying.

Above facilities were confirmed over zoom teams meeting and phone calls(as per byju, they recorded all zoom or online discussions and calls). We asked many times to share invoice and agreement, even recently we asked for zoom recorded file but they never shared. And worst part, the person who spoke to us and got payment from us is from sales and he is not reachable (his name is Daniel).. We went and attracted by their ad and promises and now we fall prey and lost hard earned money. We did for welfare of the child, this byju is new type of scammer in education.
We have contacted many people at byju, wrote,mails and continously following . Nothing happening.

We need pro rata refund of the amount paid by myself .
Please help to share my concern to others, let others do not fall to false promises by byju.
