Byju Classes - Refund not credited after 4 months of cancellation

I cancelled the course(October **, ****) before the byju's tab was delivered to my address..So, I rejected my courier. But, the tab was neither returned to byju's... this was the issue(Till November ****).

Now, the tab had been handed over to byju's and I also received a call(december *, ****) from byju's support team that my amount will get refunded in * - * working days..But, i haven't received my refund amount.

I went to BTC (Chennai - Sholinganallur branch) on December **, **** to inform them about the issue and filled the cancellation form(for the *rd time). Next day, I got a call from the accounts team and they said the amount will be refunded in a week's time. Still, I did not receive a refund and I am unable to contact the support team as it always says the number is busy. It's been more than * months since I am following up on this issue. (MULTIPLE EMAILS, CALLS, CANCELLATION FORMS,WALK-IN TO BTC). I am really fed up with this process.
