- Service not honoured Open
A representative from Hathway confirmed that if I recharge for * months on Feb **th, I get *+* month offer. However, Hathway didn't honour me the offer and disconnected my service on May **th instead of June **th. I made ** calls to customer care to fix the issue and I even sent the proof via email nobody seems to care. Pathetic service.
