daikin a c 1 5 tonn 5 star - Service not done during the service period

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent service of my Daikin AC unit.

As a loyal Daikin customer, I have always appreciated the quality and reliability of your products. However, I am currently facing a significant issue with the service provided for my AC unit.

According to my service agreement, I am entitled to three free services during the service period. Regrettably, only one of these services has been completed during the specified service period. This oversight has now resulted in a malfunction in my AC unit, causing discomfort in my living space.

I was surprised that Daikin is charging a bill for Rs *** for the current service, despite the fact that my previous services were not conducted as per the agreement. I believe this additional charge is unfair and unjustified, as the incomplete services during the service period have led to the current issue.

I kindly request that you review my case and waive the Rs *** service fee, considering the circumstances. I believe it is only fair that Daikin honors its service agreement by addressing the outstanding services and resolving the issues with my AC unit without any additional cost.
