I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent purchase of a Daikin split inverter AC *.*, which has been rendered non-functional shortly after installation.
Here are the details of the complaint:
*. Purchase Information: On March *nd, ****, I purchased a Daikin split inverter AC *.* for a sum of **,*** INR.
*. Installation and Initial Issues: Approximately one week after purchase, the Daikin authorized service center, KVK Enterprise, conducted the installation of the AC unit. However, within a few days of installation, I observed that the AC was not functioning properly.
*. Service Requests and Diagnosis: I promptly contacted KVK Enterprise for assistance, and after multiple visits, they diagnosed the issue as a faulty PCB circuit. Accordingly, I raised a service request ticket on March **th, ****, requesting the replacement of the defective part.
*. Lack of Response from Daikin: Despite raising the service request ticket, I have not received any response or action from Daikin regarding the replacement of the PCB circuit.
*. Follow-up with Customer Care: In an attempt to expedite the resolution process, I contacted Daikin customer care on April *th, ****. The support team acknowledged the issue and escalated it to their higher officials. However, despite daily follow-ups, I have been informed that the resolution is pending approval.
Given the persistent delays and lack of progress in resolving the issue, I am left with no choice but to seek intervention from the consumer court. I urgently request your assistance in ensuring that Daikin addresses this matter promptly and provides a replacement for the non-functional AC unit.
Attached to this email are copies of relevant documents, including the purchase receipt and communication with the service center and Daikin customer care, for your reference.
I appreciate your attention to this urgent matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
