I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing issue concerning my recently purchased air conditioner. Despite multiple technician visits and their confirmation that the AC is not performing correctly, there has been no resolution provided.
I was informed by your customer care team that Mr. Krishan Gopal Dixit, ASM, is responsible for addressing such issues. However, Mr. Dixit has categorically refused to replace the faulty AC, stating that it is beyond his scope of work. This is contrary to the information provided by your team. Furthermore, Mr. Dixit has consistently ignored my follow-up messages, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Given that I have invested approximately **,*** INR in your product, I expect it to function properly. If the product is defective, it is your company's responsibility to take it back and issue a refund. Shifting the burden to the retailer is unacceptable and does not absolve the company of its obligations.
The technicians have explicitly stated that the window AC is ineffective. They have given me the customer copy of the job card and later added additional remarks to save them which is unethical.
