complainant purchased *** mbps plan for * year at Rs. **** +**** security deposit from excitel broadband.
now speed is not upto the standard and they are not looking into my complaints even after ** days also the representative on call denied for any kind of refund in case I request for the disconnection of the services.
Hence complainant is requesting for complete refund and a compensation of Rs ***** for inconvenience caused.
