I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-functioning of my Excitel Fiber Internet connection at my residence, located at J-**, Bijali Ghar Ke Piche, Pratap Nagar, Jodhpur. My internet has been completely off for the past ** days, and before this, I have experienced frequent disruptions for nearly ** days, causing significant inconvenience and affecting my daily tasks.
I have repeatedly tried reaching out to your customer service, but the issues remain unresolved. I request you to kindly address this problem at the earliest. The consistent downtime and service disruptions are highly frustrating, and I expect a resolution as soon as possible.
