- Service lapses by Oyo hotel caused serious health concern and mental harassment Open
JITENDRA PRATAP SINGH filed this complaint against Oyo on May 18, 2023
I was booked Hotel Rudra Place via Oyo for dated **May**,at the time of booking I was communicated about our terrible experience with Oyo Hotel, requested him to take precautions this time to prevent any awkward situation.
After given of assurance by the executive I was finally booked the Hotel Rudra Palace , Lda colony Lucknow, When I was reached, we faced humiliation from Hotel Manager Mr.Vinay.
Service Lapses by Hotel Owner-
*. Unhealthy environment at Reception area, there is not fan or AC there to counter the temperature, the behavior was so rude, they told me we don’t know Oyo, our money has stacked with oyo, if you want to stay at our Hotel you have to pay charges what they demands Rs. *** against Rs. *** ( Room rent decided by the Oyo at the time of booking, also paid advance of Rs. ***, Hence total excess amount paid Rs. ***/-.
*. Hotel refused to operate AC, due to reason we had faced serious health concern, than approx. *: pm I was told hotel executive that if any health concerns emerges to me due to such lapses of your hotel, all the responsibility lies with Oyo and your Hotel, than after few seconds they was operate AC.
*. Hotel was absolutely kept silence towards our basic needs, they were no informed about car Parking.
*. At every steps, we felt harassment and humiliated in extreme manner, we are not able to sleep well and our important work hampered for which I had visited Lucknow.
*. Finally decided to cut short the schedule and back to origin Ghaziabad.
*. We had also approached Oyo, there is no satisfactory reply from them.
It’s totally unfair and unjust behavior which caused us monitory as well as mental harassment, serious health issue.
