*)As per your request we contacted Toll Free Number to lodge our complaints, but the lady picked up the phone , and replied that she will consult CEO, but till date no reply (This is the practice of the lady to deceive us and avoid to lodge our complaints ).
*) K k Trading Bhubaneswar has taken our battery without any replacement.
*) The agency informed that we are sending your battery to Hyderabad for check up
*) This is second time that my battery went to Hyderabad for experiment.
This is a matter of regret that you are doing experimental test on our battery, for which we are facing trouble in our daily life.
*)As per Terms and Conditions I'm entitled to get a New Battery in replacement of Old one.
*) If I don't get justice from the PURE EV Company, Hyderabad next I will go to Consumer Court to get Justice.
Please consider my request Sir.
