I bought Etryst *** and it's been * months. I have not even travelled ****km yet. Iam facing speed issues in it. Company claims that it will reach **km in mode *, **km in mode * and **km in mode *. But my bike is reaching **km in mode *, **km in mode * and **km in mode *. I have explained the same to the showroom and service center. They are asking me to go to the other server centre and ask them to check the controller to fix the issue. Iam asking them to check from their end but they want me to travel and get it fixed by myself.
The *nd issue is panels are getting broken inside the seat where screws are placed. Within * months and ****km of usage iam facing this issues. Please fix this ASAP. I am not ready to keep on asking them to fix. I have purchased by full and single payment. Need resolution for this.
