- Service is not being provided although my product is in warranty period Open
I have raised the ticket two times in blue star for my water purifier but they are just scheduling the visit of technical all the time but no technician is coming and when I call the technician he says tomorrow today and so on he will visit but he doesn't.
It's been ** days my product is not working and when I call to blue star customer care they just say they have escalated the ticket but nothing happens. Ticket no. is B***********.
