Blue star - Poor customer support for RO

I purchased blue star Aristro RO from Flipkart. In the first * months I faced issue which was fixed after * month , again issue arose to which technician visited after * week and create another problem after which I raised another complaint to which even after * weeks they haven’t showed up . Mr Jahid ***** ***** head of service center gave various excuses and promise to visit but doesn’t. Sent several emails to customer center but with no response. Customer care just reads out the script. After purchasing a product worth *****, I have to purchase water for drinking . Ban Blue star and it’s service centers
