Blue Star - Blue star Aristo water purifier not working

Since * i am trying to reach out to Blue star for getting the issue fixed with my Blue star Aristo water purifier.
Everytime when i call the technician he is like "i am coming in * hr" but its been ** hrs now and still no resolution from their side.
Really pathetic service.
