Yatra - Service deficiency issue

I booked a package from Yatra # YA:******** and enclosed is the itinerary - according to this, we had a pick-up on a pvt basis from Phuket Airport to Krabi. My flight (G* **) ETA was **:** but it got delayed on **th Jan and we arrived in Phuket around **:** AM (Thailand time). I sent an email to Yatra stating the same and before leaving also I confirmed with Yatra agent that if the flight gets delayed, would driver wait for us - to which she confirmed - yes, certainly. I got a call from Yatra around **** in the morning that the driver is waiting outside and he wont leave till the time you come out. I didnt have Thailand number, so I could not connect with the driver but Yatra could have done that - instead of calling me, they could have called the driver and informed the same. Our visa was on arrival and this is a known fact that visa, immigration takes upto *-* hours, but the driver did not wait for us and left around **** (by then I got the Thailand number and called the emergency contact number). Basically, driver only waited for us for one and a half hour (**** - flight arrived and **** he left). On top of this, I have been calling/sending mails to Yatra since **th January and they are not responding at all. They responded that after ** hours, they will be able to share the status. Today, its been *** hours, have not heard from them.
*. It costed me *,*** THB = ****.** INR (despite, the pickup from Airport to Krabi was included in the package).
*. It ruined my first day of the trip because I was arranging for taxi, connecting with Yatra locally and internationally.
*. The APK resort and SPA in Phuket was horrendous, there was no water in the bathroom and the location was shady.
Overall experience was zero. I am looking for the refund for money which I paid for taxi atleast if they cannot do anything about the resort.
They torture their customers by not replying to their e-mails & by not trusting them.
