I am S. Ramani aged ** years. I purchased a Samsung TV from Reliance retail on **.**.**.
Sri Vaitheeswara Services as service partner of Reliance installed on **.**.**. At yhat time they offered Extended warranty till **.**.****..on payment of ₹****/
The TV developed trouble in Jan **. I requested the service provider for servicing. They took the TV at my cost on **.*.** and returned in the *rd week of Feb. Since we were to go to Chennai, we did not check the TV.
On return on ** *b**** we found that yhe black screen of the TV was detached and lying on the TV table. I immediately photographed the same and sent to the service provider..His representative came after a lapse of few days, and told that the TV panel was broken.
The service provider told that they are not responsible for this.
I told them thatcwebhave not touched the TV & they are responsible for behest mistake. Since he was not listening, I messaged that I will get the service done by Samsung Authorised service center.and he has to bear the cost.
He wasn't prepared and hence this complaint.
I have incurred ₹*****/
I request your goods elf to consider my request snd pass appropriate orders along with suitable compensation for the mental & physical agony I have undergone.
