I am writing to you today to express my concern about the damage that was done to my Samsung S** Ultra while it was being serviced at the Samsung service center in Dhampur, Uttar Pradesh.
I have been using my Samsung S** Ultra for *-** months, and for the past *-* months, I have noticed a small particle inside the front camera. A few days ago, I visited the Samsung service center in Dhampur and they informed me that the particle needed to be cleaned and that they would need to order parts to fix the back panel properly with dust and water resistance after cleaning it. They asked me to wait for * days until they received the parts.
After * days, I visited the service center again and they began cleaning the front camera. The process took around * hours, and when they were finished, it was *:** PM in the evening. As it was already dark, I did not check my phone thoroughly and left the service center.
When I arrived home, I thoroughly inspected my phone and found that the corners of the chrome on my phone had been scratched. I also noticed that the back camera had been scratched, and there were multiple fingerprints inside the back camera. I also found a red thread inside the camera.
I am writing to you to inquire about who will be responsible for the damage to my phone. I would like this matter to be taken seriously, and if no action is taken, I will be forced to file a consumer complaint against Samsung for the damage to my phone and the service that was provided to me.
